Hurry - Anthem Colorado is Coming Soon!

Anthem Colorado is the first community of its scope and magnitude in the state. Located in the northeast section of the City of Broomfield, just west of Interstate 25 off of Highway 7, this expansive community will offer homebuyers of all ages an unparalleled lifestyle among approximately 865 acres of open lands, miles of trails and special water features. And that's only the beginning.

Anthem Colorado is comprised of three distinct components: Anthem Highlands for residents of all ages, Anthem Ranch by Del Webb for residents 55 and better, and a commercial component planned with multi-use, corporate professional office, retail and town center uses. Anthem Highlands will offer eight distinctive floor plans in the 2,109 - 3,325 square foot range. Residents will enjoy a 30,000 square foot recreation center with outdoor lap pool and water park for children plus a state-of-the-art fitness center with climbing wall, indoor gymnasium, play structures, volleyball, tennis, basketball and more.

Anthem Ranch by Del Webb will offer nine beautiful ranch style homes, ranging from 1,555 - 2,851 square feet, with stucco exteriors and tile roofs. Anthem Ranch residents will enjoy their own 30,000 square foot recreation center along with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fully equipped fitness center, game rooms, billiard parlor, tennis courts, arts and crafts rooms and a myriad of social activities managed by Anthem Colorado's full-time activities director.

The 2,700 acre development will be the first multigenerational community in the Denver metro area and is expected to have a completed value in today's dollars of more than $1 billion.

"In Anthem communities near Phoenix and Las Vegas, a number of families of different generations have bought homes in the Pulte and Del Webb sides together," said Richard Dugas Jr., president and CEO of Pulte Homes. "That way, grandparents can be close to their children and their grandchildren. It's a way to be in close physical proximity."

Anthem Colorado reflects the visionary legacy of two building industry legends. William J. "Bill" Pulte, the founder and Chairman of the Board of Pulte Homes, Inc., guided his company from its fledgling start in 1950 to its current position as the nation's largest publicly traded home builder. In 2004, Pulte received the first ever platinum Award from J.D. Power & Associates for customer satisfaction.

The late Delbert Eugene "Del" Webb founded the Del Webb Corporation in Phoenix in 1928, growing the company from a one-man show to a diverse and highly successful general contracting, land development, and home building company. In 1960, Del Webb opened Sun City in Arizona, an innovative and immensely successful community designed exclusively for Active Adults.

Information seminars for Anthem Highlands and Anthem Ranch by Del Webb will be held this month, with new home presales scheduled to commence this fall. Homebuyers interested in Anthem Colorado can obtain more information and place their names on the Preferred Customer list by calling 1-866-4ANTHEM.
