2008 Porsche Cayenne
Cayenne
With a striking new face that features a dramatic new headlight design and with a wide and muscular body accented by broad wheel arches, the 2008 Porsche Cayenne's newly sculpted shape provides vivid visual testimony to the vehicle's enhanced technical features. The 2008 model year marks the launch of the second generation of the Porsche SUV, and the new Cayennes back up their aggressive new design with larger and more powerful - but also more fuel-efficient - engines. As you would expect from Porsche, the new Cayenne not only looks more powerful, it is, with engines offering as much as 500 horsepower and new dynamic technologies that allow the Porsche of SUVs to perform more like a more nimble vehicle, yet still be capable of towing a trailer or challenging unpaved terrain and inclement weather.

911 GT2
New to the Porsche 911 lineup is a 911 Turbo-based 530-hp GT2, which is the most powerful production 911 yet. With 50 more horsepower than the 911 Turbo, the 530-hp GT2 goes from zero to 60 mph in 3.6 seconds, with a top speed of 204 mph.
Unlike the 911 Turbo, the GT2 sends power to just the rear wheels, in contrast with the all-wheel-drive 911 Turbo. On the outside, there are larger air ducts that suck in more air to cool important engine components; there's also a larger rear spoiler. The GT2 is also lighter than the 911 Turbo, thanks in part to a titanium exhaust system that reduces the system's weight by 50 percent compared to a similar stainless steel system.
