2008 Infiniti EX35

EX35
The EX35, a 5-passenger crossover utility vehicle, offers an engaging interior environment, one that is both indulgent and inspiring, with a long list of available features including leather-appointed seating, advanced audio and navigation systems and a power-folding second row seat. It also showcases two innovative systems: Around View Monitor, which utilizes four small cameras to give the driver a “top-down view” of the outside of the vehicle and help reduce blind spots when parking; and Lane Departure Prevention, which utilizes the Vehicle Dynamic Control system to help assist the driver in maintaining lane position if the vehicle inadvertently starts to drift out of the intended lane.

G37
As Infiniti's new line reassumes control of the segment with a rip-snorting 300 horsepower in the 335i, it seems time for Infiniti to hatch the latest G.

That the redesigned G35 sedan already provided a compelling alternative to the series didn't matter. Infiniti decided against matching that car's 306-hp, 3.5-liter V-6, instead building a 3.7-liter engine for the appropriately named G37 coupe. The larger V-6 sends an estimated 330 hp to the rear wheels through a 5-speed automatic or 6-speed manual transmission.

Three trim levels are available: base, Journey and Sport 6MT, which is sold exclusively with the manual. Infiniti G37s hit dealerships in last August.

QX56
The Infiniti QX56 full-size SUV has received modest exterior styling changes and a new interior for the 2008 model year, though its V-8 powertrain remains essentially unchanged. The only readily visible difference between the front end of a 2007 QX56 and the new 2008 model is in the grille. Whereas the 2007 model has flat horizontal chrome bars, the 2008 model gets notched ones, and there are new chrome pegs between them.

The revised interior styling looks richer than before, with greater use of wood trim on the dash and doors. A heated steering wheel is standard in four-wheel-drive QX56s, and the gauges and center controls are new. Power-adjustable, heated leather front seats with memory, a Burr-Brown stereo with a 9.5 GB hard drive, Bluetooth-based cell phone connectivity and a navigation system are standard.
